The City Council will be meeting in closed session on Tuesday to talk with staff at the City Attorney’s office about the decision to sue 135 legal patients’ collectives deemed ineligible to register under the new ordinance. Americans for Safe Access is calling on advocates to come back to City Hall next Tuesday, September 14th, to ask the City County to be reasonable and fair in implementing the tough guidelines.
It is important that the City Council hear from patients just before they meet privately with representatives from the City Attorney’s office.
